Most people say they want to make things better, but their actions don’t match their words. They act like they want to keep it the same. In the end, comfort is more attractive than improvement.

They step out in front. They speak up when the room is quiet. They are willing to be seen as foolish, underprepared, and irrational. They do more than they dream. They ask too many questions. They don’t stop at the first “no.” They understand conflict is a part of the process.
Most of all, they believe without a doubt that they can make a difference with their actions.
